This Sales Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and Gallery Canada. The terms and conditions of this
Sales Agreement are subject to change without notice. The terms and conditions posted on
the Gallery Canada site at the time of the sale governs the sales transaction.
This Sales Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Gallery Canada relating to the sales of goods on
this site. Electronic records (including signatures), that are otherwise valid, shall be accepted under the Sales Agreement. The Customer consents to receiving electronic records, which may be provided via a web browser or e-mail application connected to the Internet; consumers may withdraw consent to receiving electronic records or have the record provided in non-electronic form by contacting Gallery
Canada, prior to the sales transaction.

Total Satisfaction Guarantee - Return Policy
Gallery Canada wants its customers to be totally satisfied with
their purchase.
If, within 5 days of receiving your art, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Gallery Canada and we will gladly
extend a store credit for the full value, less
shipping and insurance costs. You must contact Gallery Canada to
receive “return approval” instructions, prior to returning the product.
Returns cannot be accepted and/or credited unless preauthorized by Gallery Canada.
Forms of Payment
Gallery Canada accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Pay
Pal, Debit Card, as well as check, direct deposit and money orders. All checks,
direct deposits and money orders must clear the bank prior to the order being accepted and shipped. Credit card orders are not binding upon Gallery Canada until payments are authorized by the credit card issuer or other financial institution

Freight, Insurance, Sales taxes and Duties
All art is shipped freight prepaid using the most appropriate carrier and is insured for the full value.
Gallery
Canada primarily ships domestic and international orders with
Canada Post but faster transit times can be arranged upon request.
Freight and insurance costs are charged to the customer at the time of sale.
The Customer is responsible for all applicable
sales taxes and/or duties.
Duties
and Taxes are not charged on the shipping of Canadian Inuit Art
to the United States - for other countries, contact your local
customs office.

Shipment Address
We ship to the verified billing address or authorized shipping address registered with the Customer's credit card issuer. These addresses can be obtained by contacting the credit card issuer. If you wish us to ship to an alternate address you must first register that address with your credit card issuer. We can only ship to that address when your credit card issuer confirms that it is a registered address,
Damaged Product
If the art is damaged when you receive it, immediately contact Gallery Canada
for further instructions on the product return process. Failure to contact Gallery Canada
immediately may result in the forfeiting of a credit. |
