I purchased the most gorgeous cabinet for our tv. The final piece which was the top came damaged. I emailed a pic to the customer service and within minutes actually got a phone call back. A replacement would be on its way. They communicated with me along the way. I love the piece I purchased and have never had such great customer service. Wow! What a deal. A quality product. Very well packaged but heavy - 93lbs. Assembly seems complicated at first glance. All components are well labeled and instructions are adequate. Take a little time and take it slow and you'll be very pleased with the finished product. Beautiful
Pay particular attention to the hinges. Larger ones on the ends and smaller in the middle.
