The trainer hooks up to just about any bike--including road and mountain bikes, but requires a tire size of 26" to 28" or 700C wheel. Fine-tune to your wheel and tire size with the micro-adjust knob.

Wow! What a deal. A quality product. Very well packaged but heavy - 93lbs. Assembly seems complicated at first glance. All components are well labeled and instructions are adequate. Take a little time and take it slow and you'll be very pleased with the finished product. Beautiful

Great Home Gym, a must for everyone who loves to workout. This one is more for a woman's size -the one I bought as the chest press is enough for a man with broad shoulders. So one can opt for another Home Gym. However, I love the product and works great for me. Additional suggestion would be a video manual to build the product, at point it got a bit difficult and I had to dismantle and reassemble gain.
