Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Last updated: August 2, 2026

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, new products purchased from Gallery Canada are covered by a 30-day limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery. This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal personal or household use.

This limited warranty is separate from our Return and Refund Policy, which explains available return and refund options. Some products may include a longer or additional manufacturer’s warranty when stated on the product page or in the materials supplied with the product.

This limited warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this warranty limits, replaces or shortens any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Available Warranty Remedies

Warranty claims are assessed individually based on the product, the nature of the issue and the information provided. If a claim is approved, the available resolution may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, product replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances, available options and applicable law. Gallery Canada may work with the manufacturer or an authorized service provider when assessing or resolving a claim.

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover damage or problems resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear or gradual deterioration through ordinary use;
  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, abnormal use or use contrary to the product’s instructions or intended purpose;
  • Commercial, rental or institutional use, unless coverage for that use is expressly stated on the product page;
  • Modification, unauthorized repair, improper assembly or installation, or failure to maintain the product properly;
  • Improper cleaning, chemical treatment or storage;
  • Exposure to excessive heat, humidity, sunlight, bright artificial light or weather conditions inconsistent with the product’s intended use;
  • Damage caused by other equipment or external causes;
  • Spills involving acids, solvents, dyes, corrosive materials, ink, paint, or human or animal bodily fluids;
  • Natural variations or characteristics of materials, including leather, wood or stone, that are not manufacturing defects; or
  • Normal depletion or wear of consumable items or accessories, unless the product page states otherwise or the item was defective when delivered.

These exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Requesting Warranty Service

To request warranty service, contact us at returns@gallerycanada.com within the applicable warranty period. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We may request reasonable supporting information, including clear photos or videos, model or serial numbers, or the completion of troubleshooting steps.

Please do not return, repair, disassemble or dispose of the product, its parts or its packaging unless instructed to do so by Gallery Canada.

Proof of purchase is required. Gallery Canada can normally confirm the purchase through its order records but may request a copy of the original invoice or other purchase information.

Customers must obtain written authorization from Gallery Canada before incurring any shipping, repair, inspection, disassembly, disposal or other costs related to a warranty claim. Expenses incurred without prior written authorization may not be reimbursed, except where required by law.

If an approved warranty claim requires the product to be returned, Gallery Canada will arrange and pay for the authorized return shipping, which may include providing a prepaid return label or arranging a pickup. The product must be safely packaged using the original packaging where reasonably possible, or other suitable packaging, and returned according to the instructions provided.

After the Limited Warranty Period

Claims submitted after the applicable limited warranty period are not covered under this limited warranty. However, where possible, Gallery Canada will assist customers by working with the manufacturer. Any assistance or resolution available after the limited warranty period is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and available options and cannot be guaranteed. This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Repair or Replacement Coverage

Any repaired or replacement product or part will remain covered for the remainder of the original limited warranty period, or for any longer period required by applicable law. The limited warranty period will also be extended where required by law for any time the product is held for warranty service.

Territory and Transferability

This limited warranty is valid only for products purchased from Gallery Canada and delivered within Canada. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser named on the original invoice. These restrictions apply only to this limited warranty and do not limit any legal warranty rights that cannot be excluded.
