Checked out Gallery Canada based on a tip from Microsoft Edge regarding the furniture I was eyeing on Amazon. Same exact product, brand colour but 20% less expensive! Super good deal for 2 glider chairs.
Unfortunately, the first pair of chairs were lost by UPS. It happens and I certainly don't hold that against Gallery Canada.
I reached out asking for tracking updates because UPS was stuck at "created label" for days.
Quickly I received a reply from a CSR who advised they would look into it right away. They did and did not receive satisfactory, to them.
They got back to me again advising that they're not getting definitive information from UPS as to what is happening with the delivery, so they sent another set to me.
I really appreciated that approach. Sure, this was a delay, but problems happen and it's how the problem was solved that really leaves me with a positive experience and guaranteed loyalty and trust.
I received the replacement set promptly and put together easily. The chairs are exactly what I was hoping for and I saved over $40 from what Amazon was charging.
The glider chairs are so comfortable and good looking. Very simple to put together. First one took me 1hr because I was so careful, second took 20 minutes.
Very happy with everything and it was even enjoyable dealing with the shipping issue because the service reps were so pleasant, reliable, friendly and professional.
