I originally ordered this unit and when it arrived, it was not functional. I contacted customer service who provided me some basic steps to attempt to fix the unit. After several tries I was unfortunately unable to fix the unit (a connector was loose but after securing it, it still would not function).
I contacted customer service again, who promptly sent me a new unit that is currently installed and functional now.
The responses from the customer service team were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I will shop here again knowing not only will I receive a great product, but an excellent customer service experience.
